Early access: if you request an invitation, we store your email, language, and request date for up to 90 days to review your request and contact you about access. This does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing. Contact privacy@necturon.com to withdraw your request. Approved requests are removed from the waiting list; your email remains on the invitation list to permit sign-in.

Necturon is an invite-only personal organizer for adults in Argentina and the United States. It is not medical advice or an emergency service.

We process your email and sign-in session, your consent and country, and the health entries and documents you choose to store. Information is used to authenticate you, provide your private space, prevent abuse, and operate the service. Cloudflare provides hosting, database, file storage, and sign-in email delivery. Data may be processed outside your country; this deployment does not promise Argentina-only or US-only storage.

We do not sell health data or use it for advertising. Optional assistant capture sends only the text you submit to Google Gemini after your explicit consent. Email forwarding requires separate opt-in. In prototype mode, only built-in fictional examples may be processed by AI; forwarding is disabled. AI drafts and their original text remain private in your review inbox until saved or dismissed. Dismissing erases the draft text; a usage receipt remains. Saved original wording is part of your journal. You can export drafts from the assistant and delete them there. Account deletion removes drafts, forwarding settings and usage records. Disabling forwarding invalidates your address. Adding a care partner does not share data. If you invite a care partner by email, they can sign in with their own account and view, read-only, the entry types you selected for them, without attachments or source text, until you stop sharing or remove them. Their email is stored to grant that access and is added to the sign-in list. Summaries are shared only when you choose to download or copy and send them yourself.

You can export your records in settings and download attached documents individually. You can request account deletion in settings after signing in again. Deletion immediately blocks access; file cleanup is retried if needed. Recovery copies can remain for up to 30 days. Information you share outside Necturon is not recalled. Contact the operator to request access, correction, or help with deletion.

Required session cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage remembers your language. Operational logs contain error references and service events; application code does not intentionally log health entries or sign-in codes. Sign-in email contains a one-time code, not your health records.
